This policy explains how Transcend UK Holdings Ltd (trading as Agent Data Co), a company registered in England & Wales with company number 15851774, VAT number GB499804133, registered office Office 101, 1 Eastman Road, Harrow, HA1 4WL, United Kingdom ("we", "us") handles personal data on agentdataco.com. Data we collect

• Newsletter: your email address, the time of signup and confirmation. Legal basis: consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), confirmed by double opt-in.
• Purchases: checkout is handled by Stripe. Where Stripe Managed Payments applies, Stripe acts as merchant of record and processes your payment, billing and tax details under its own privacy policy; we receive your name, email, country and subscription status to provide the service (legal basis: contract).
• Support emails: what you send us (legitimate interests).
• Technical logs: our host (Vercel) processes IP addresses and request logs for security and operation.

Processors

Vercel Inc. (hosting), Resend (email delivery and contact list, EU region), Stripe (payments). Some processors may transfer data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as the UK IDTA / Addendum to EU SCCs.

Retention

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe; unconfirmed signups are not added to our list. Billing records are kept as required by law (typically 6 years).

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

Data feeds

Our feeds are built from public, official APIs and are designed to exclude personal data where possible (for example, reviewer nicknames and usernames are excluded by default).

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing hello@agentdataco.com. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
