These terms govern your use of agentdataco.com and Agent Data Co products, provided by Transcend UK Holdings Ltd (trading as Agent Data Co), a company registered in England & Wales with company number 15851774, VAT number GB499804133, registered office Office 101, 1 Eastman Road, Harrow, HA1 4WL, United Kingdom.
Services
We provide data feeds about the AI ecosystem via the Apify Store (subject also to Apify's terms) and, in early access, via an API subscription ("Agent Data Co API").
Early access API
The API is offered as early access. After purchase we will deliver access details by email within 24 hours. Features, formats and endpoints may change. If we cannot deliver access, contact us and we will cancel and refund your subscription.
Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Where Stripe Managed Payments applies, Stripe is the merchant of record for your purchase, is the seller of record for tax purposes, and its own terms apply to the payment transaction; we remain responsible for providing the service. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Acceptable use
Do not resell raw feeds as a competing data product, attempt to disrupt the service, or use the data unlawfully. You are responsible for your use of the data, including compliance with third-party terms and data protection law.
Data accuracy
Data is sourced from third-party public APIs and is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
